Helpful tips for practising choral music



Concert dress and rehearsal details - Spring Concert

Women - Black ankle length skirts or dress trousers. Black plain long sleeved blouses.  Blue scarves, ask Sally Arnott (alto) or another committee member if you do not have one.  Black tights and black shoes.

Men - as usual!

Saturday rehearsal - St Nicholas Church, Wickham.  1.45 for a 2pm start

Free online recordings of most popular choral works, with enhanced voice parts. You can hear and see videos of most of the music we sing on here, often in small sections, not always good quality! Sometimes hilarious. Free online recordings, with enhanced voice parts. A site which allows you to listen to recorded music streamed to your computer (i.e. that you can listen to while logged on to the internet – rather like watching TV programmes on BBC iPlayer).

If you find technology challenging and need some help, then ask a committee member who will try to point you in the right direction.
